Renowned attorney Dan Levinson, J.D., has over three decades of experience in civil litigation.

Dan began his legal career in Washington, D.C. at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, one of the world’s largest law firms. Dan moved from Maryland to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, and obtained his juris doctor from USD in 1993.

As a new attorney, Dan worked at Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire & Padilla, one of San Diego’s top plaintiff’s firms. Since then, Dan has continued to help people recover damages in a wide range of cases, including mass torts and class actions.
